As you know, this year the Barcelona Trail Races, together with the TransPerfect Mountain Challenge, have offered runners the chance to collaborate with a charitable cause by offering a SOLIDARITY RUNNER’S BAG. Today we have donated all the proceeds to AFANOC, the Association of Families and Friends of Oncological Children of Catalonia.
Its most important project is La casa de los Xuklis, which provides temporary accommodation for children and adolescents with cancer and their families while they are undergoing treatment in Barcelona hospitals.
Today we have been at Casa dels Xuklis to do our bit for an admirable project.
